Welcome to the most transformative conversation of your adult life.

Welcome to the most transformative conversation of your adult life.

So. What is Zen?

If you are like most people, you are very sure about three things.

You are sure that the world is solid, and external  - a place you are 'in'.

You are sure that everything around you is coming from the past.

And you are sure that your own being stops at your skin.

If you are wrong about just one of these things, it's a pretty big deal.

Zen says that you are wrong about all three of these things.

Zen asserts three very radical truths about reality. Firstly, nothing around you is arriving from the previous moment. Secondly, the world is not an extended place that you are in. And lastly, your being is not actually located within edges. Your real being is not cut off -  in either time or space.

Clearly, to get anywhere in Zen, you have to step out of the mental software you have been running all your life. This is exactly what Embodied Zen is designed to help you do.

No matter what sort of journey you are on ...

...there is one existential question you are really trying to answer.

Do I belong in the universe?

How do I belong?

How exactly does my being fit in?

This is the question we are all really trying to figure out. And if we don't find the answer to this question, it doesn't much matter what else we find.

Embodied Zen is a conversation about how time, world, and your own being all fit together. It's designed to help you answer this one essential question - the one that's kept you moving forward through time and space all your life.
